If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you can exchange it within 7 working days of receipt. However, please note that we do not exchange or refund color copy books unless an incorrect item was sent. Color copy books will only be exchanged if they match the original binding (softcover, hardcover, or spiral) and do not include any online access codes or scratch codes.
Refund Policy:
For non-delivery or defective products, we offer a full refund. Refunds are not available for delivered items unless they are non-refundable or incorrect.
Before placing your order, ensure you verify the book title, author, edition, and publisher. We will send the edition you ordered. If a new edition is available or if you prefer a PDF version, inform us, and we will update your order accordingly. For example, if you order the 7th edition, we will send the 7th edition, even if the 8th edition is available. This cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the wrong product was delivered. Ensure the product is well-packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
